09/2022: U1 AND U3 BUILDINGS ARE LEED GOLD

The U1 and U3 buildings in Assago have obtained LEED v4 Core&Shell Gold Level certification. The two buildings completed between the end of 2021 and last April complete the Milanofiori Nord real estate complex which develops parallel to the M2 underground line and the Milan-Genoa motorway and house the Accenture (U1) and BNL – BNP Paribas headquarters (U3). THE COMPLETION OF MILANOFIORI NORD

The project involved the completion of the Milanofiori Nord area near to M2 metro line and the Milan-Genoa motorway, with the construction of two office buildings, U1 and U3, arranged on the two-storey slab intended for parking and technical rooms built in continuity with the existing plate. 10/2021: U3 BUILDING COMPLETED | MILANOFIORI NORD – ASSAGO (MI)

Milanofiori Nord is one of the most ambitious projects currently underway in the Milanese area: in an area of 360,000 square meters just south of the metropolis, a new district has arisen, with buildings designed by some of the best Italian architecture firms. On 07.09.2021 on the occasion of Milan Design Week, General Planning will participate in the event to celebrate the ADI gold compass awarded to the Chakra system, organized by Universal Selecta.
