The project involved the completion of the Milanofiori Nord area near to M2 metro line and the Milan-Genoa motorway, with the construction of two office buildings, U1 and U3, arranged on the two-storey slab intended for parking and technical rooms built in continuity with the existing plate.

Building U1, with 14 floors in addition to the plate, is one of Accenture’s offices in Italy and has an area of ​​approximately 31,500 square meters. designed to accommodate 3,800 workstations, in addition to the environments and services of common use; the architectural project was developed by the Park Associati studio.

The U3 building, with 12 floors in addition to the plate, is the headquarters of some companies of the BNL – BNP Paribas group and has an above ground surface of about 11,000 square meters, designed to accommodate 900 workstations, in addition to the rooms and services of common use ; the architectural project was developed by GBPA Architects.

The parking and technical room plate has an area of ​​10,317 square meters. for each of the two floors and is dominated by the pedestrian square with green flower beds for public use for 7,305 square meters and an area of ​​3,235 square meters of primary green; the intervention lot is completed by green arrangements on the north and west fronts.

General Planning, in charge of the integrated design of the intervention and project coordination with the architectural firms and with the technicians of the users, followed the entire development of the realization starting from the concept design and preliminary projects drawn up together with the architectural firms Park Associati, for the U1 building, and GBPA for the U3 building, defining the design choices for setting up the structures, systems, safety and fire prevention measures and for energy containment and environmental sustainability also aimed to obtain the LEED and WELL certifications (this one only for U1 building).

For tenant General Planning S.r.l. also followed the fit out activities, contributing to the success of the initiative and to the satisfaction of customers who were able to use the buildings in compliance with the expected times and with the expected quality: for the U3 building GP developed the Fit Out project and the its realization on direct behalf of BNL, while for the U1 building coordinated the implementation of the Fit Out project developed by studio 967 commissioned by Accenture.
