In January 2012, Milanofiori 2000 S.r.l. has started the activities for the construction of the building called U27, whose completion and delivery to the tenant Nestlé Italiana S.p.A. took place in December 2013. General Planning was entrusted with the definitive and executive integrated design of the building, in collaboration with the Park Associati architecture studio. The architectural project developed from an analytical approach to the complex access system to the Milanofiori Nord area, the pedestrian and road routes, the climatic factors of the context and the search for correct integration of the building with the general Masterplan. The hinge position with the wooded portion of the northern area has led to the development of a complex which, although based on a closed courtyard scheme, allows maintaining high visual permeability at the level of the paths that skirt the building.
