The aim of the intervention is to valorize the building with a radical renovation action by updating the image, renovating the facilities and providing the interior spaces of the typical features of a modern, flexible and efficient office building, adapting it to current rules about health and safety.

The intervention has given birth to a modern, energy – efficient building with a strong architectural impact. Compared to the streets of Fulvio Testi and Sarca, the building acquires a completely new visibility and recognizability.

The building host the new headquarters of ING Direct bank.
