The office reorganization project is based on smartworking solutions with shared workstations and support areas diversified to support different modes of work. Through the use of color and materials, the balance between open-plan operating environments and workettings for sharing work, individual with varying levels of concentration and team, has been found. The color is designed to facilitate the orientation and identification of distributed functions on the planes.

Particular attention has been paid to acoustic absorption solutions, particularly along the corridors and in the rooms where the need for insulation is greatest. Even common areas, informal communication venues, are designed to offer different usage configurations, according to a principle where flexibility is not due to the configurability of the spaces as well as the ability to select and choose the ideal place to carry out a specific work activity.
