The project carried out for this important pharmaceutical company in Emilia, is aimed at the general re-functionalization and expansion of storage sites, in anticipation of an upcoming increase in production volumes.

In detail, the project concerned:

• creation of a new semi-automated narrow aisle warehouse, a state-of-the-art storage system, capable of accommodating approximately 6700 pallets
• new sampling department
• streamlining of flows and optimization of the layout of the main pharmaceutical production building of the plant
• Construction of dock houses for small and large vehicles
• New systems adapted to meet the needs of new buildings
• employees areas (break areas, services, offices, etc.)
• new signage and adaptation of loading docks and existing accesses

The new building was designed according to the criteria of maximum energy efficiency and is in the phase of LEED certification.
