A radical redevelopment and dismantling work has transformed the current building in Viale Sturzo, dating back to 1972, into the new management complex.

The building is composed of three connected but distinct volumes, each characterized by different personalities, heights and orientations, but in harmony with the rest of the complex and the surrounding urban spaces.

All this translates into an extraordinary level of variety, flexibility and modularity capable of satisfying the needs of any tenant and type of business.

The porticoes and greenery, distributed among the numerous panoramic terraces and a large internal courtyard, have been designed to make the experience of work and relationships pleasant and sustainable.

The mix of internal services, modularity of floor layouts, diffused brightness and high energy performance optimizes business activities and the quality of life within the entire complex.
