“La Serenissima” building, located between Via Turati and Via Cavalieri, in front of the Palazzo della Permanente in Milan, was built in the 1960s by Ermenegildo and Eugenio Soncini, characterized by the alignment of the metallic structures in sight and the wide internal courtyard Garden has been completely renovated in 2012.
The building has undergone a modernization work to adapt it to the needs of technologically advanced offices and plant engineering to contain energy consumption; the architectural image is also renewed, while respecting the features of the original design.
