The project involved the construction of a new building to be used by RSA, Health Center and garage within the area owned by the Pontifical Institute for Foreign Missions in Milan. The new building is located on five floors above ground, a basement and two storey basements and occupy the space where it first insisted an industrial type, now demolished, and a green space. On the ground floor are located: entrances and reception, specialized ambulatories, common facilities, while on the upper floors are the guest rooms the plan services and socialization rooms. In the basement there is the canteen, the mortuary rooms, the services dedicated to the technical rooms. The basement floors are designed to be independent of the healthcare center, accessible from the dedicated ramp. A part of the roof will be equipped with a pedestrian terrace protected by sunshade elements and will be available to RSA patients.
