The new Covestro Headquarters is located inside the Production Hub of Filago (BG) which covers an area of about 700,000 square meters. The project involved the redevelopment of the existing Building 2101 and its expansion with the construction of a new office building on two levels.

The quality of the interior spaces is expressed in their diversification according to an advanced concept typical of contemporary office design, where the workspace must encourage processes of creativity, sharing and collaboration, and focuses on people by favoring open and flexible spaces capable of reinforcing the sharing of ideas and informations. The entire design process has also provided solutions aimed at environmental sustainability (orientation, performance casing, heat pumps, LED lighting).
