The building is organized in two adjacent factory buildings: one dedicated to the production functions and the other for the administrative and managerial functions of the company. The production building in prefabricated structure has a total area of ​​12,000 sqm. There is a storage basement floor for an additional 3,000 sqm area connected with large-capacity hoists for the transport of transformers. The main face is characterized by partially pre-fabricated  beams for the roof covering exceeding 8 m in length. The building structure has prefabricated constructional features with a ground floor with a shed cover. The three-storey building of rectangular shape is located next to the production building. The office structure is made of ordinary concrete cast in operation and the facade claddings are made of continuous aluminum shutters.
