The new residential building was created following the complete demolition of the historic Hotel Fiera Milano. The real estate initiative, called ‘MIA – La Casa Italiana’, involves the construction of 102 apartments of different types, from two-room to four-room apartments up to roof penthouses. The building consists of three buildings of 11, 8 and 11 levels served by four stairwells. The garages, cellars and technical rooms pertaining to the building are located in the 2 underground floors.
From an energy point of view, the building is in class A, equipped with a highly efficient geothermal system.
