New Offices – Caldera Park

The project has foreseen the redevelopment of the services building (F building) and its external accommodation within the Business Park of Via Caldera 21 in Milan, owned by Generali Real Estate SGR S.p.A. – Fondo Scarlatti. All the works are ideally connected to each other by a running track that run through the new park with a track that crosses the open space between the buildings and represents a highly recognizable element.

The main works of the project proposal were the following:

  • Creation of new entrance squares and central square (concept and final design CRA – Carlo Ratti Associati);
  • New services building called ‘Easy Point’ (concept and definitive project CRA – Carlo Ratti Associati);
  • Realization of a running run, equipped with the most innovative timing and communication systems;
  • Realization of an area to support users equipped with changing rooms and gym equipment;
  • Construction of areas dedicated to outdoor work with seating, coffee tables, power supply and Wi-Fi connection;
  • Redevelopment of the internal road network at Caldera Park;
  • Expansion and new organitation of car parks.
