The village subject to intervention is made up of a set of buildings resulting from the historical stratifications that have occurred over the centuries. The entire complex can be divided into four units: Villa Crivelli, the Press, the Prisons and the Cascine.
The first three, while maintaining a clear architectural identity, constitute a single body structured around autonomous courtyards.
Located on the top of the small hill on which the village was built, the main courtyard of Villa Crivelli opens onto the landscape towards the east through a portico of paired columns and cross vaults designed by Leopoldo Pollack.
Through careful recovery work, the project restores and enhances the peculiar characteristics of the various buildings within a general framework of safeguarding the historical heritage contained in the Inverigo Castle.
Overall, the program involves the construction of prestigious residences flanked by additional service functions such as lounge bar, restaurant, spa, wellness center and underground parking.
